Refund and Returns Policy

  1. REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY
    Automotive Care India
    We primarily deal in used and refurbished automotive parts. All products are tested before dispatch. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
    1. APPLICABILITY
    This policy applies ONLY to Used / Refurbished products.
    New products are strictly non-returnable, non-replaceable, and carry no warranty.
    2. RETURNS
    ❌ We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
    No refunds will be issued once the product is delivered.
    3. REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE POLICY (USED & REFURBISHED PRODUCTS ONLY)
    Replacement (exchange) will be provided ONLY in the following cases:
    Wrong product supplied
    Manufacturing leakage detected before installation
    Proven product defect causing fitting failure
    (Vehicle-side or installation-related issues are not covered)
    ⏱ Replacement request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    4. CONDITIONS WHERE REPLACEMENT IS NOT ALLOWED
    Replacement will NOT be accepted if:
    Compressor contains emery particles or black/burnt oil
    Compressor is jammed, seized, burnt, broken, or internally damaged
    Product is opened, dismantled, welded, modified, or tampered
    Damage occurs after installation
    Damage due to improper handling or incorrect fitting
    Product is used beyond testing purpose
    Any new product (no replacement, no warranty)
    5. TESTING WARRANTY (USED / REFURBISHED PRODUCTS)
    A 7-day testing warranty is provided from the date of delivery
    Warranty covers replacement only, not refund
    Product must remain in original condition
    6. SHIPPING & COURIER CHARGES
    All return / replacement courier charges will be borne by the customer
    Shipping, handling, and logistics charges are non-refundable
    7. VERIFICATION REQUIREMENT
    Customer must provide a clear, unedited video showing the issue
    Video must be shared on WhatsApp before approval
    Returned product will be verified against dispatch photos/videos
    Any mismatch or customer-caused damage will void eligibility
    8. FINAL DECISION
    The final decision regarding replacement eligibility rests with Automotive Care India
    No verbal assurances are considered valid
