General Policy
• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Every product is tested before sale.
• If any part is found not working or leaked before installation, it will be exchanged.
• Customers must make a short video clip of the issue and send it to us on WhatsApp:

Return Conditions
• Returns are accepted for ordered parts within 10 days from the date of purchase.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as received, without any damage or tampering.
• Disassembled, modified, or tampered parts are not eligible for return.
• We do not accept returns for parts that require extensive time or cutting to remove from a vehicle.
• The expense of returning parts is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Transparency & Verification
• We send photos/images of the product before delivery for verification.
• During return, the product will be cross-verified with these images.
• Any mismatch or customer-made damage will void eligibility for refund.
Refund Policy
• Refunds are provided only if the returned product matches the original delivered condition.
• Refund amount will not exceed the original purchase cost.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the purchase date.
