• By purchasing from us, you agree to our Delivery & Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.

2. Product Information

• All compressors and parts sold by us are tested prior to delivery.
• Products are refurbished unless mentioned otherwise.
• Photos/images of products are shared before shipping for transparency.

3. Payment

• All payments must be completed before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept standard online and offline payment modes as displayed on our website.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days within India.
• Delivery charges and policies are as mentioned in our Delivery Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the conditions mentioned in our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Refunds are processed only if the returned product is in the same condition as delivered.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Guarantee

• We do not provide a standard warranty.
• However, we provide a testing guarantee: if a compressor is found faulty or leaked before installation, it will be replaced under the same condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Automotive Care is not responsible for damages arising from improper installation or misuse of products.
• Our liability is limited only to the replacement or refund (where applicable) of the purchased product.
